If it can't download overnight, how the f*** will it ever download at all. I can dl 3 gigs from non-garbage servers in about an hour, I gave this one 10 hours and it failed. Never buying a rockstar game again, GTA series isn't thaaat good to warrant putting up with this bs.
Alot of those programs are known to not work and mess up your system. I would get a PS3 that has been modded with a mod chip, but the only mod I found for PS4 was a controller that only works with some soldier game.
Press the options button over the GTA icon and go to Information tonsee how many gigs you have left to download. Bingo. Apparently the " pre load " is only like 13 GB of the entire 50 GB game, I dont know if I did something wrong on my part, but Destiny I " pre loaded " and the whole game was DLed, this one was only 13 GB.

GTA V is a pretty big game, and with a speed around 3 Mbps is will take some time to download, but it seems like your speed is actually slower or maybe you are sharing your internet with others ...
My ISP gives me 150 download and 22 upload on my computer but on PS4 I get 40 download and 7 upload. Is there anything I can change to make it so I am getting my real speed or are the PS4 servers just that bad? If only everybody could be like you; Then we'd all be equally slow. still.
